The hotel was near shops, cafes, and restaurants. Citysider Holiday Apartments is located near the center of Cairns in a wonderful tropical garden.

Everything was very functional and well laid out. I would stay again as it worked for me. The Office staff were very helpful and kind.
The bed and pillows were very hard . Sometimes the plumbing was noisy. Not everyone was quiet within their own walls in the unit under my unit.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a very relaxing area, short walk to train station, shopping center and dock as well as the Esplanade or the centre of Cairns. Staff were extremely helpful, room was neat and spotless with complimentry wine & comfortable apartment. The balcony had a dining table, sliding glass doors, and furniture.

The room was air-conditioned and had a huge bathroom. the location was exceptionally nice, and the staff was affable and fabulously friendly throughout the stay.

Its price.
They cut our power off without warning us, and tried to deny it. Worst business ethic I have ever seen. Tried to get money back for our final night because of this and refused. We left because we were so mad forfitting out money and room.
